| 内容記述 | The contract law issued by Chinese government in 1999 marked its turning point from planned economy to market economy. Since 1999, the Chinese economy has steadily increased, and the GDP of China has since surpassed that of Japan, ranking the second in the world. In such a complex system of the Chinese economy and the world's complicated economic environment, it is important to evaluate the contract law, especially from the perspective of Chinese and Japanese studies. This study intends to shed light on how the fusion between socialist culture in China and capitalist culture in Japan brought about the contract law, in order to analyse Chinese culture in depth and promote understanding of the Chinese legal culture. | |||||||||
