Since 1999, the Chinese economy has steadily increased, and the GDP of China has since surpassed that of Japan, ranking the second in the world. In such a complex system of the Chinese economy and the world's complicated economic environment, it is important to evaluate the contract law, especially from the perspective of Chinese and Japanese studies.
