| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the attitude construct of elementary school teachers before returning to work after maternity leave and childcare leave, and to consider ways to support their return to work after maternity leave and childcare leave. PAC (personal attitude construct) Analysis was conducted on three female elementary school teachers. The results showed that teachers returning to work after maternity leave and childcare leave are anxious about balancing work and family life due to the sense of responsibility and rigor of the work as a teacher, and because they know how busy the school is, they hesitate even to contact them to get information about the work. However, it was suggested that by contacting colleagues and the principal and vice principal and sharing information, they may be able to return to work with peace of mind. | |||||||||||||
