| 内容記述 | 令和２年６月に文部科学省から公表された「教育の情報化に関する手引き（追補版）」（文部科学省，2020）では、特別支援教育における教材等を、教師間で有効に共有できるようなシステムを構築することなどの必要性が示されている。しかし、実践的にそうしたシステムについて研究された例は少ない。 本研究では、オンラインストレージを用いて、特別支援学校間で教材等を共有するシステム（以下、「共有システム」とする。）を構築し、教師を対象にアンケートによる調査を行った。結果、共有システムの構築については、９校の特別支援学校から約300個の教材の提供があり、一定のシステム構築を実現した。アンケートについては、知的障害教育におけるカリキュラム・マネジメント、教師及び学校の組織的な専門性の向上、センター的機能の充実並びに特別支援学校における働き方改革に関して、共有システムの有効性が回答結果から示唆された。一方で、検索機能の充実、個人情報の取扱い、著作権の保護等に関して、共有システムを学校現場で運営する際の課題についても明らかとなった。 |

| 内容記述 | In June 2020, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) published “Center for Educational Computing (Supplemental Edition),” which suggested the necessity of establishing a system that enables teachers to effectively share teaching materials and other materials for special-needs education. However, there have been few practical studies on such a system. In this study, we constructed a system for sharing educational materials among special needs schools using online storage (a sharing system), and conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers. As a result, approximately 300 teaching materials were provided by 9 special-needs schools, and we were able to establish a system. The questionnaire results indicated the effectiveness of the sharing system for curriculum management in the education of students with intellectual disability, improvement of organizational expertise of teachers and schools, enhancement of center functions, and reform of work styles in special needs schools. Some issues were identified in the operation of the sharing system in the field, such as the enhancement of search functions, handling of personal information, and protection of copyright. |
