| 内容記述 | The Code of Criminal Procedure stipulates that an accused under detention, or his defense counsel, legal representative, curator, spouse, lineal relative, brother, sister, or any other interested person, may request the court to disclose the reasons for detention (Article 82). However, this detention reason disclosure system has been rarely used. The purpose of this article is to elucidate the reasons for this system being rarely used. | |||||||||
