| 内容記述 | 当センターNICUでの気管内チューブの固定法は,弾性絆創膏一枚による口唇中央部での固定である.この固定法は均等に顔の向きを変えたりや体位変換を行うことが容易である.また,ポジショニング物品を工夫し,積極的に側臥位を取り入れることで活動性の増した新生児の自己鎮静行動を促し,計画外抜管を極力防止することができると考える. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this NICU, the way of fixing an endotracheal tube is to put one elastic adhesive plaster on the center of the mouth. It was easy to turn the neonate's face and body right and left, equally.Also, we considered that we could prevent unplanned extubation as much as possible. This was because we could make the neonate who is getting active, calm down by themselves, by making their body position to be lying on their side, for which we devised support. | |||||||||
