日本では、周産期の終末期のケアにおいて、きょうだいに焦点を当てた研究は少ない。本研究の目的は、きょうだいの理解を促す視覚的アプローチのひとつとして、自主製作した絵本を実用に向けて評価することである。研究方法は、子どもの死亡退院後1年6ケ月を経過した44家族と周産期スタッフ108名に質問紙による調査とした。その結果、絵本の内容に関して、家族からある程度の評価を受けたが、絵本を渡す時期については、家族の悲嘆過程を見極めた上での憤重なケアが望まれた。また、医療者側の意見からは、場面に即した絵本の内容の改善が望まれた。 |

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship of siblings and the dealing with the death of a family member through a picture evaluation book. The aim of this research was to make a very objective approach though the use of this picture book. We have surveyed a total of 44 families who have lost their child after 18 months of their tragedy, and a total of 108 perinatal ward staff members. The result was that we need to consider the feelings of the family members when we hand them the picture books and from the medical staff's point of view. the need to make improvements in the picture book. especially of the situational scenes. |
