| 内容記述 | 本研究は,当院NICUにおける,24時間面会の現状と,両親と看護婦の反応を知り,今後のあり方を検討することを目的としたアンケート調査である。対象は,両親85組(170名)とNICU看護婦13名であった.調査内容は,実際面会した時間帯や,24時間面会の受けとめ方,両親以外の面会などであり,その結果,次の知見が得られた.面会の集中した時間帯は,父親は,早朝や18時以降,母親は,10時～16時と,両者により異なっていた.両親の半数以上が,毎日1時間以上面会をしていた.しかし,家族によっては,時間帯や頻度などは,状況に応じて変えていたという答えもあった.24時間面会は,全員が良かったと答えており,理由は,「いつでもあえる安心感」「子どもの状態を聞くことができる」「子どもを知ることができる」「愛着がわく」があった.多くの祖父母が面会を希望していたが,入室面会をしたのはわずかであった.看護婦は全員が,24時間面会の継続を希望していた.以上より,本体制の長さと,スタッフの意識が再確認された. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We conducted a questionnaire survey with the aims to clarify the status of 24-hour visits at the NICU of our hospital and examine the responses of parents and nurses as a guide for future directi-on of the visiting practice. Eighty-five parent couples (170 persons)and 13 NICU nurses were surveyed. The contents of the survey included the time zones of the actual visits, the reaction to 24-hour visits, and visits by personsother than the parents. The following results were obtained. The most intensive visiting time zones were early morning or after 6p.m. for fathers and 10 to 4p.m. for mothers, which differed between fathers and mothers. Over half of the parents visited for over 1 hour everyday. However, some families answered that the visiting time zone and frequency differed under different situations. All the parents surveryed were in favor of the 24-hour visiting practice. The reasons included "reassuring that they can visit any time", "can inquire about the condition of the child", "can get to know the child", and "develop attachment with the child". Many grandparents wished to visit, but only few actually visited inside the ward. All the nurses surveyed expressed a desire to continue the 24-hour visiting practice. These findings confirmed the merits of the 24-hour visiting system and the positive attitude of the staff. | |||||||||||||
