| 内容記述 | 「対立をこえる力」の育成をめざし，新科目「公共」の大項目A「公共の扉」を想定した授業実践を行った。これまでの実践研究をもとに，功利主義（帰結主義）を学ばせるための新たな教材の開発を行い，効果を測定した。その結果仮説は棄却されたが，功利主義（帰結主義）のみを扱うことによってではなく，よりアクティブな現実の文脈とつながった議論の中で様々な判断基準を検討させることこそが必要であること，そのための教材として「校則」を扱うことが効果的である可能性が示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In a new course subject, “Community Studies," the author conducted a class that aimed at developing the ability to overcome conflicts. The class developed a new teaching material to teach utilitarianism and measured its effectiveness. The results led to the rejection of this approach; rather, they suggested that a range of criteria should be used, not just utilitarianism alone, in discussions linked to a more active real-world context, and that it would be effective to use “school rules" as teaching materials for that purpose. | |||||||||
