| 内容記述 | 大阪は「日本の低迷の縮図」とされる。本稿は、低迷する大阪の経済成長構造を情報化の観点から分析している。本稿は、まず情報化投資およびストック蓄積状況を推計した。その結果、大阪における総資本ストック蓄積が低迷する中での情報通信資本ストックの蓄積が明らかとなった。次に、本稿は情報化の経済効果について、労働生産性、限界生産性、ストック蓄積および投資要因の観点から分析を行っている。その結果、情報通信資本の限界生産性は高く、大阪の労働生産性成長にも寄与していることが明らかとなる。しかしながら、大阪においてストック蓄積状況は最適水準と比較して低い。また、投資要因について、大阪における情報通信資本投資は、労働代替的な性格を持つことを明らかとなった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | “Osaka is a symbol of Japan’s stagnation". This paper analyzes the stagnant Osaka economic growth structure from a viewpoint of computerization. In this paper, we first estimate investment and stock accumulation in ICT capital. Accumulation of ICT capital stock progressed, while capital stock accumulation in Osaka was sluggish. Next, this paper analyzes the economic effects of computerization from a viewpoints of labor productivity, marginal productivity, stock accumulation and investment factors. The marginal productivity of ICT capital was high, contributing to the growth of labor productivity in Osaka. However, the ICT capital stock accumulation in Osaka was lower than the optimum level. This paper clarifies that ICT capital investment in Osaka would have substitutive effects for labor. | |||||||||
