| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、地域間の人口移動がもたらす経済力移動を生涯余剰という視点から推計することである。すなわち、都道府県を単位として、平成7～12年における地域間人口移動が地域の余剰(所得-消費)、過去余剰、将来余剰、生涯余剰へ与える効果について、その推計方法と資料を説明し、それに基づく推計結果を示す。ただし、検討すべき課題も残されており、その意味で本稿は試論的推計と見なされるべきである。 ここで、生涯余剰とは、人の生涯を通じての余剰である。平均的な人について、各年齢における所得と消費の差(所得-消費)をその年齢における余剰とし、出生からその年齢より前の余剰の合計を過去余剰、その年齢以後死亡までの余剰の合計を将来余剰として、過去余剰と将来余剰の合計が生涯余剰である。ただし、将来余剰は利子率(割引率)で割り引いて、また、過去余剰は利子率で増幅させて、それぞれ現在価値に換算されている。また、過去余剰については、既に過去のこととして確定しているので、利子率で増幅させた(現在価値に換算した)余剰の合計であるが、将来余剰については、その後の生存は確定していないので、利子率で割り引いた各年齢の余剰をさらに生存率で割り引いて、その合計として把握する。余剰は、当然のことであるが、プラスのこともあればマイナスのこともある。 推計の結果、1人当たり余剰は年齢・性別・地域によって大きく異なり、また、地域間人口移動は、年齢別・性別にみると地域間の違いが大きい。したがって、地域間人口移動は、地域の諸余剰に対して地域間に正負様々に大きく異なる効果を与えることが分かる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to estimate the effects of inter-regional (prefectural) migration on the surplus, past surplus, future surplus and whole life surplus of prefectures based on 1995–2000 data in Japan. The surplus is the difference between income and consumption at the respective age, the past surplus at some age is the total of surpluses from the birth to the previous one of the age, the future surplus at some age is the total of surpluses from the age to the death age, and the whole life surplus at some age is the total of the past surplus and the future surplus. Here, the future surplus is discounted and the past surplus is amplified by the interest rate respectively. The future surplus is also discounted by the survival rate at respective age. Therefore the surpluses may be plus or minus. According to estimation, per capita surpluses are different very much owing to the age and sex, and the inter-prefectural migration is also different with grate degree owing to the age. Then we are able to indicate that the inter-prefectural migration has the grate effects with plus or minus on surpluses of the region. | |||||||||
