| 内容記述 | 世界の産業・社会はグローバルなネットワーク社会に向けて急速に進展している。ネットワーク社会では、時間と距離を限りなくゼロに近くするため、企業活動及び社会生活に大きな影響を与える。企業活動では、企業内・企業間の連携にインターネット技術が欠かせないものになっている。ネットワーク社会では、情報流通を大きく変化させるため、経営戦略・組織構造など従来の企業構造そのものが大きく変貌する可能性がある。例えば、日本企業の特徴の一つである「社員のジェネラルマネージャー指向」そのものの存在価値が問われ、一人一人が「コア技術を保有・磨く」企業経営を確立しないと、大競争時代に生き残れない時代に突入してきた。情報技術(IT)の活用は、ネットワーク社会に向けて、企業経営、競争力向上等を達成するために無くてはならない存在になりつつある。 今後、情報技術を基盤とした経営を考えない企業は、ビジネスのスピードが遅れるばかりでなく、関連の取引企業からも取り残されることになる。本稿では、大競争時代を迎えて、情報技術を活用した情報化戦略を提言した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The world's industry and international society are taking an irresistible march toward a global network society. In a networked society, in which time and distance are made infinitely close to zero, the Internet has a major effect on corporate activities and social life. In a networked society, the distribution of information is greatly changed, so that there is a possibility that hitherto existing corporate structures, including conventional management strategies and organization structures, may undergo a major change. If an enterprise does not give thought to enterprise management based on information technology in the future, it will hinder not only its speed in doing business but will also be left behind related enterprises with which it has transaction relations. In this article, we will discuss information technology utilizing information networks in this mega-competition. | |||||||||
