| 内容記述 | 本論の目的は,大学における化学物質管理システムのあり方について再考察することである。特に本論では,大学における化学物質管理システムの課題を整理し改善するために必要な取り組みについて指摘をおこなった。 最初に化学物質管理システムのバージョンアップに伴う検討の過程とその結果について整理し解説を行った。また,ユーザーID の管理方法の変更に伴う影響について考察を行った。検討した結果を以下に示す。 1.化学物質管理システムを効率よく運用するには,サポート体制の整備や充実が必要である。 2.共通の化学物質データベースの整備が必要である。 3.ユーザー対応の充実やユーザー間の互換性が必要である。 4.納入業者の努力に依存しない大学が独自で運用する仕組みが必要である。 5.廃液管理と連動した仕組みの構築が必要である。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to reconsider the management of chemical information systems in university laboratories. In particular, we examine the present condition of a chemical information system on a university campus in Japan, and point out conditions which need to be improved. First, both the procedures for upgrading the system and the resulting conditions are explained. Then, the effects and consequences of changing the management method concerning user IDs are examined. The following conclusions can be made: 1. Substantial support is required in order to employ a chemical management system efficiently. 2. A common chemical management database is required. 3. Compatibilities between users need to be improved. 4. A structure which functions independently from the corporation which delivers the chemical substance is required. 5. A structure interlocked with waste fluid management is required. | |||||||||||||
