| 内容記述 | This thesis treats of transformation of relationship between Dazaifu (大宰府 Kyushu regional office) officials and Provincial Governor of Saikaido (西海道 ancient name of Kyushu). The author thereby hopes to apply an different method. The Procincial Governors took the responsibility of tax payment to the central government and to receipt of official documents during his tenure. By then the provincial governor was release, and was transforred to another better post. But, the provincial governor of Saikaido stood at a disadvantege in that respect by Dazaifu. And they were imposed duty to rise Dazaifu official's Kugaito (公廨稲 income). In these circumstances, at the middle 9th century, Dazaifu official's order met with disregard by the provincial governor of Saikaido, and Dazaifu could not fullfil its administratie function. For that reason, Dajokan (太政官 the capital government) gave Dazai-no-daini (大宰大弐 the next seat position of Dazaifu) commission to exercise strict control over the provincial governor of Saikaido, and changed Dazaifu officials for the provincial governor of Saikaido. By the drastic measure, Dazaifu retrieved administratie function again. | |||||||||
