本研究は,昨年度の「小中連携を意識した学習指導」からの課題を踏まえ,実際のコミュニケーション場面に向かうまでの学習過程を見直したものである。小学校では,留学生との交流を単元後の活動として設定した。更なる学習への意欲を高めた児童の様子が伺えたことは,一定の成果である。言語知識やスキルの指導だけがそれらの習得を後押しするのではないことを理解し,中学校へと続く英語学習を支える意欲を,真のコミュニケーション体験を通して育てていくことが今後も継続的な課題となる。中学校では,つながりのある英文を書かせるために段階的な指導を行ったり,事物を口頭で説明するためにタブレットを効果的に用いたプレゼンテーションを行った実践を紹介したりした。知識・技能の活用のためにコミュニケーション活動を単元ごとに設定したことや,ペア・グループなど多様な学習形態を用いたり,ICTを活用して実践的なコミュニケーション活動を行ったりしたことは成果である。課題は,単元目標と本時目標との関連を明確にすること,学習形態やICTを目的に合わせて活用すること,目標を具体化することであり,次年度以降も継続的に取り組みたい。 |

The present study reconsiders the learning process for an actual communication scene to solve the problems of the previous study based on the problem from last year's study. In elementary school, communicative activity with international students is planned as a main activity of the unit. As a result, children's attitudes toward learning improve. Considering that teaching knowledge and skills alone do not motivate children to learn, additional efforts should be made to foster children's positive attitude toward communication through meaningful communicative activities. In junior high school, two practical cases are introduced: guiding students step-by-step to writing cohesive sentences and students giving presentations about Japanese culture with tablets. The results are the revised lesson plans that have major communicative activities as goals, and the variety of teaching and learning styles. |
