| 内容記述 | This article examines how the international exchange students' consciousness is influenced by attending the lectures of entrepreneurs introduced in the internship course for international exchange students at Hiroshima University. This internship course has been developed since 2003, and this course has provided international student interns with the opportunities to work at local companies and local municipal office. The student interns have highly valued their internship experience which has affected their future career. Since 2009 the lecture series of entrepreneurs have been incorporated into the course content so that exchange students have opportunities to directly hear the actual voices of working people. This lecture series have provided the new opportunities to know the diverse dimensions of work life and organizations outside the university and to find connection between academic learning and practical knowledge. | |||||||||
