| 内容記述 | SNS ではしばしば炎上現象が起こるが，炎上に参加してる人は『祭り型』と『制裁型』が多いとの先行研究がある. 本稿では，著作権に関する炎上には『制裁型』が多いと仮定し，内閣府のポスターの事例に焦点を当て，Twitter の投稿の傾向分析をおこなった．2023 年4 月から6 月にかけての1400 件あまりの関連投稿を遡って収集し，埋込ベクトル化することで定量的な分析をこころみた．その結果「著作権侵害」と主張している投稿が，事件の序盤に多くあることを確認した．また，「著作権侵害ではない」という主張をする層は，専門家の投稿も見ていた．これらを確認するため，投稿の定量化が有用であることを確認できた． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | On social media, the phenomenon of ’flaming’ often occurs, and there is existing research indicating that participants in such flare-ups tend to be of the "festival-goer" or "sanctioning" type. This paper hypothesizes that the "sanctioning" type predominates in copyright-related flaming. It focuses on a case involving a Cabinet Office poster, analyzing trends in Twitter posts. Between April and June 2023, over 1400 related posts were collected retrospectively and subjected to quantitative analysis through embedding vectorization. The findings confirmed that posts alleging "copyright infringement" were numerous in the early stages of the incident. Additionally, a layer of people claiming "no copyright infringement" included posts by experts. These findings underscore the utility of quantifying posts to understand such phenomena. | |||||||||||||
