Abstract |

内容記述 |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of health education classes utilizing active recall on high school students’ understanding. From April to July 2025, a total of 299 students (166 first-year and 133 second-year students) at X High School were divided into an intervention group, in which active recall was implemented, and a control group, in which it was not. The results of a knowledge test were then analyzed. The findings indicated that no significant differences were observed between the two groups. Therefore, the instructional practice conducted in this study did not demonstrate the effectiveness of active recall. However, the results suggest several implications for future practice, such as securing a longer duration for active recall and considering the balance between instructional content and active recall activities. |
