| 内容記述 | 本論では、日本における肢体不自由教育の歴史、中でも養護・訓練の新設から自立活動への名称変更とその後の展開について論考し、肢体不自由教育における自立活動の現在と未来に向けた論点整理を行うことを目的とした。まず、1970年代初頭に展開された小池・成瀬論争を養護・訓練における医療的視座と教育的視座の衝突として整理した。次に、1999年に養護・訓練が自立活動に名称変更され、教育活動としての側面が強調されるに至り、特別支援学校等における外部専門家の活用が推進されるに至った展開を論じた。最後に特別支援学校（肢体不自由）の在籍者において障害の重度・重複化、多様化が進む中で多職種連携の重要性が高まる今日においても、小池・成瀬論争が遺した「課題」が存在することを指摘した。 以上を踏まえ、最後に肢体不自由教育における自立活動の多職種連携の在り方について、子ども達の「自立に向けた意欲」を育むことに向けた提言を行った。 |

| 内容記述 | This paper examines the history of physical disability education in Japan, with a particular focus on the shift from “YOGO･KUNREN (care and training activities)” to “JIRITSU-KATSUDO” (independent living activities) and subsequent developments. The paper aims to organize key issues concerning the present and future of “JIRITSU-KATSUDO” within physical disability education. First, the paper clarifies the Koike-Naruse debate of the early 1970s as a clash between medical and educational perspectives within care and training. Next, it discusses how, in 1999, the name changed from “YOGO･KUNREN” to “JIRITSU-KATSUDO” emphasizing its educational aspect and leading to the promotion of utilizing external specialists in special needs schools and similar institutions. Finally, it points out that, even today, the increasing severity, multiplicity, and diversity of disabilities among students enrolled in special needs schools (for physical disabilities) heightens the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration. However, the “challenges” left by the Koike-Naruse debate persist. Based on this, the paper concludes with proposals for approaches to multidisciplinary collaboration in “JIRITSU-KATSUDO” within physical disability education aimed at fostering children’s motivation toward independence. |
