| 内容記述 | 本研究では、高等学校段階から成人期段階の知的障害を伴う自閉スペクトラム症のある子どもをもつ母親５名を対象に、子どものこだわり行動への対応に影響を与えた要因、ストレスを感じる状況とその対処、必要な支援に関する半構造化面接を実施した。テーマティック・アナリシス法を用いて分析した結果、対応には母親が前向きに子どもにかかわることを支える要因と、こだわり行動の直接的な制御を手放し受容へと向かわせる要因が複合的に影響した。ストレスは時間的余裕のなさやこだわり行動の持続、周囲の視線等で生じ、対処法として叱責や一時的な距離の確保、他者への相談等が語られた。支援ニーズとしては、こだわり行動の理解を促す助言、環境調整による受容的対応、こだわり行動低減のための支援が挙げられた。母親の体験は、こだわり行動の制御から受容へと至る適応プロセスとして特徴づけられ、母親の認識の転換やストレス対処を促進する包括的なアプローチの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study conducted semi-structured interviews with five mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability; the children ranged from high school age to adulthood. The interviews explored factors influencing mothers’ responses to their children’s restricted and repetitive behaviors (RRBs), situations in which they experienced stress and their coping strategies, and the types of support they considered necessary. Thematic analysis revealed that coping was influenced by a combination of factors that supported mothers’ positive engagement with their children and factors that led them to shift from directly controlling RRBs toward acceptance. Stress commonly arose from time constraints, the persistence of RRBs, and social pressure. Coping strategies included reprimanding, taking temporary distance, and seeking advice. Reported support needs included guidance for understanding RRBs, strategies for creating supportive environments, and assistance aimed at reducing RRBs. Overall, mothers’ experiences were characterized as an adaptive process of shifting from controlling to accepting RRBs. This suggests the importance of comprehensive approaches that promote cognitive reframing and stress management among mothers. | |||||||||||||
