| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the collective efficacy of early childhoodeducation and care (ECEC) teachers. A questionnaire survey based on the Collective EfficacyScale was conducted to assess teachers working in childcare and other early childhood educationfacilities, regardless of the type and location of the facility, the teachers’ position, or theirfacility’s working style. We conducted a factor analysis on the data from 255 samples, and extracted three factors:teachers’ collective efficacy regarding attitudes and interactions toward children, their collectiveefficacy regarding camaraderie among childcare workers, and their collective efficacy regardingthe organizational environment. We also found that ECEC teachers’ collective efficacy may berelated to their years of experience and position, and the situation of the teachers of ECEC group.It is important to examine teachers’ collective efficacy so as to gain a better understanding ofthem as a group. | |||||||||||||
