| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to explore the results and issues of orchestral collaboration between people with disabilities and able-bodied people from the perspective of “exchange and collaborative learning,” and to consider how inclusive ensemble practices should be in the future. Prior research has shown that in the practice of “exchange and collaborative learning,” it is important for leaders to discuss in advance to clarify the learning goals of both parties and to build desirable relationships. This study will analyze the practices of the inclusive orchestra “Symphony” from this perspective. As a result of this collaboration, the members of the “Symphony” have shown benefits both musically and communicatively. The members of the “Symphony” have grown musically, and they have also grown in their communication with able-bodied people. On the other hand, an unexpected effect was the change in the able-bodied high school students. The high school students were influenced by the free musical expression of the “Symphony” members and their desire to help those in need. Such growth of the able-bodied high school students was influenced by prior meetings with various people. In other words, it is thought that teacher A's hub role of sharing information and encouraging the teaching staff, conductor, leaders and members of the collaborators, members with disabilities, and parents, with the clear goal of both parties performing well at the concert, was a success. | |||||||||
