| 内容記述 | This article attempts to sort out the modern challenges of creating and passing on school documents by showing the reality of document management in elementary schools. I would like to emphasize that although I must inevitably show examples of bad document management, I do so not to hold on-site school personnel accountable or to punish them. Rather, I do so in order to make the situation on school sites where such handling of documents must occur more understandable to the public. There are few useful opportunities for school personnel to understand and train them in handling of documents, and there is no room in the field to do so in the first place. Unless the structure itself is changed along with a change in consciousness, the future of school documents must be bleak. And the purpose of this article is to encourage readers who understand this situation to take action to improve it, no matter how small the effort. | |||||||||
