We discover remarkable elastic softening of the transverse modulus 𝐶66, accompanied by significant ultrasound attenuation, suggesting quadrupolar ordering, toward the antiferromagnetic ordering temperature 𝑇M=8.4 K. Crystal field analysis reveals that this softening arises from quadrupole-mediated interactions of a quasidegenerate quartet ground state. In a magnetic field applied along [100], the phase boundaries overlapping at 𝑇M in zero field separated, confirming simultaneous occurrence of antiferromagnetic ordering and quadrupolar ordering at 𝑇M. Below 𝑇M, we further detected huge softening and ultrasound attenuation in the 𝐶66 mode, with a minimum at 3.8 K, revealing a phase transition. These findings indicate successive quadrupolar ordering with different order parameters, facilitated by octupole-mediated interactions, in
