| 内容記述 | Gido Shushin （1325-1388） was a representative Zen monk of the Five Mountains during Japan’s Nanboku-cho period. Among his works are the comprehensive collection of verses Shinsen Jowa Bunrui Kokon Sonshuku Gejushu and Jukan Jowa Ruiju Soen Renposhu. Shinsen Jowa Bunrui Kokon Sonshuku Gejushu was compiled by Gido between the ages of 23 and 34, while Jukan Jowa Ruiju Soen Renposhu was compiled at the age of 64, shortly before his death. The two works differ significantly in the quantity of poems, the system of classification, and the types of poetic forms. This paper examines the relationship between Gido’s life and Jowa-shu, exploring the changes in the classification systems of the two works and the reasons behind them. | |||||||||
