| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that contributed to Mr. A's leadership of school administration as an administrator: as a principal with experience in physical education lesson study, Mr. A had the belief that his experience in group formation through sports would transfer to the group formation of teachers. This belief led Mr. A to conduct a national-level classroom research conference and in-school training to improve teaching skills and foster collaboration among teachers. It is also inferred that Mr. A's interpersonal relationship skills, cultivated through physical education lesson study, enabled him to exercise the role of middle leader and brought about his qualities as a school leader who shares a vision of school management with teachers. | |||||||||||||
