A questionnaire was distributed to 1,223 students from junior colleges and four-year colleges in Japan asking about their experiences viewing ECCE-related videos, the reasons for viewing them and their content, etc. Responses were received from 921 students. An analysis of these results revealed that approximately 87% of respondents had some prior experience watching ECCErelated videos, and many of them watched videos explaining and introducing fingerplays and similar techniques for reasons such as preparing class assignments and preparing for practical training. This tendency became more pronounced as they advanced in school and gained practical training experience.
