| 内容記述 | Philosophy of sport science aims to clarify the fundamental significance and limitations of sport science. It is one of the themes of the sport philosophy and depends on the general philosophy of science. Philosophy of sport science offers a criticism on the premise, prejudice, attitude, and the institution of sport science. Philosophy of sport science is an undeveloped field of research so far. This paper is an introduction to that whole prolegomena, which indicated the motive and reason of the attempt of the philosophy of sport science and suggested several viewpoints: image and connotation of "science"; the problem of objectivity; sport science as an empirical science; and the relation between theory and practice. In the prolegomena, we will consider the historical process of the development of sport science, in other words, a genealogy of the institution of sport science as well as the theoretical problems of sport science. | |||||||||
