調査から得た主な結果は以下のとおりである。高度経済成長を経験しているがベトナム人の価値観は基本的に変化していない。しかし,15年前に比べると中庸さが加わってきている。給与水準やスキルアップの機会を重視して会社の規模や知名度には拘らないという基本的な仕事観は,年齢や学歴を問わず共通している。日本語能力が高い,日系企業に勤務経験がある,など日系企業に関する情報を多く持つ人は,勤務先としての日系企業への選好度がかえって低くなる傾向が見られる。日本型人的資源管理要素については概ね受容する傾向にあるが,評価と報酬についてはベトナム人の意識に合わせたシステムが必要である。","subitem_description_language":"ja"},{"subitem_description":"本稿は,広島大学東南アジア人材開発プロジェクト研究センターにおける奥居正樹・宮脇克也・山本公平の各氏,および,ベトナム国家大学ホーチミン市校人文社会科学大学日本学部のLuc
