組織論の観点から組織コミットメントが幅広く研究されてきた。本研究では, 社会心理学の観点から帰属意識を自己の側面からも検討した。本研究では, 社会的アイデンティティ理論および自己カテゴリー化理論を組織の文脈に援用した概念である組織同一視(Organizational Identification)に着目し, 先行研究のレビューを行った。その目的は, (1)組織同一視の再定義, (2)組織同一視および, その類似概念である組織コミットメントの構成概念の明確化, (3)組織同一視と組織コミットメントを弁別した上での理論モデルの検討であった。まず, 先行研究を検討し, 組織同一視を再定義した。つぎに, 組織同一視には認知的要素と情緒的要素があり, それらが相互に作用していることを指摘した。さらに, 組織同一視と組織コミットメントの構成概念の比較を行い,
