しかし, 出生後早期の体温変化の実態を示した文献は少なく, 体温管理の方法も施設により様々である.    出生後早期の体温変化には, 施設の背景による違いも大きく関連すると考えられる. 例えば, 蘇生時の立会いを誰が行っているのか, 搬送方法, 搬送距離, 搬送時間の違いや蘇生室での処置の種類, 処置時間などにもそれぞれの施設の特徴がある. また, NICU入室後の環境や処置, ケアなども様々である.    第19回日本新生児看護学会学術集会ワークショップでは, 4施設の極低出生体重児における出生後早期の体温変化の実態を通して, 施設間の体温管理の違いを含め, 適切な体温管理を行う上での視点や評価について参加者と意見交換した. その中からそれぞれの施設での課題を見出すと共にそれらを共有し,
