| 内容記述 | 入院に至ったハイリスク妊婦はさまざまな身体苦痛や行動制限などから生じる精神的ストレス下にある.その予期的指導としてNICU看護者による出生前訪問がハイリスク妊婦の抱く対児感情への影響を調査した.その結果,ハイリスク妊婦の対児感情に低下は認められず,出生前訪問は対児感情に影響を与えないということがわかった.しかし,NICU看若者への信頼感を強め,児にたいする知識や理解を促す結果となった.また,出生前訪問を効果的に行うためには,ハイリスク妊婦の身体状況の落ち着きと今後の予測が可能となった時期,精神的状態を把握し設定するのが効果的である.訪問を行う看護者は,さまざまなNICU看護経験を積み,具体的に質問に返答でき,対象の情動を洞察できる能力を有する看護者が適切である.産科看護者との十分な情報交換と妊婦指導の進行状態を把握し行うことで産科看護者の予期的指導を強化することができる.出生前訪問にさらに視覚的イメージ化を強化できる方法との併用と対象を父親を含むように拡大していくことがより効果的であることが示唆された. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The high risk pregnant women in the hospital face mental stress through the physical pain and the activity and behavior limitation. For the expected guidance, the research was done to find out the effect the pre-natal visit by the NICU nursing staff gives towards the pregnants' emotional feeling for the baby. The result showed the visit have no influence. However, the trust in the NICU nursing staff is strengthened, and the knowledge and the understanding toward the baby are deepened. Also, to make the pre-natal visit more more effective, the pregnants' physical calmness and the future prospects are necessary ,NICU nursing staff should have enough experiences to answer the several questions by the pregnants definitely and to penetrate the pregnants' emotional movements. Thorough exchange of informations with the obstetric staff is essential. To make the pre-natal visit more successful, the method which strengthen the visual image and the participation of the fathers are efficient. | |||||||||||||
