| 内容記述 | 本稿は、近年の中国における医療衛生分野に関わる政府財政支出に注目し、実証分析を行った。中国の医療制度改革は、市場経済化の進展を背景に1980年代から着手され、2009年から新医療制度改革が実施されてきた。そこで本研究では中国における医療制度改革を踏まえた上で、政府の公共医療衛生支出とその財源構成を考察した。中国の医療衛生分野に関する財政支出の大部分は地方財政で賄われるため、実証分析を通じて中国の各地域における医療衛生分野の地域間格差の現状および地域医療衛生支出の影響要因を分析した。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The reform of health care systems has been promoted in China along with the economic development. But there are much differences by region because each local government principally must provide health care services on their own responsibility. The level of services in a region depends upon its level of economy and public finance.
