それに伴って労働者の心の健康の保持増進のための指針が公表された。この指針は, 事業場が心の健康づくり計画を策定するとともに, セルフケア, ラインによるケア, 事業場内産業保健スタッフ等によるケア, 事業場外資源によるケアの4つのケアを実施することを基本としている。ストレスに関する質問票や事業場内カウンセリングは主にセルフケアに役立てることができる。しかしながら, 労働者自身が上手にストレス対処を行うために必要な知識は明確でないため, われわれはどのような知識が必要であるかを調査した。その結果, ストレッサーを明確にするなどの内容が必要であると考えられた。最後に,
