| 内容記述 | The present study is aimed at the difference in the management between "UNDOUBU" and "BUNKABU" in junior high school and high school. The following are the findings. 1 . There is a difference in the days of exercise between UNDOUBU and BUNKABU. 2. As for the degree of satisfaction of coaching and management, in UNDOUBU, there is a extensive disparity in percentage between satisfaction and dissatisfaction in coaching, but there is a narrow disparity in management. In BUNKABU, there is a extensive disparity in it both coaching and management. 3. In UNDOUBU, The most of coacher take part in the planning of exercise, but in BUNKABU, the most of member take part in it. | |||||||||||||
