| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は, 社会システム論や社会文化進化論の立場から日本の教育研究の問題性を明らかにする事である。その上で, 研究方法を議論したい。議論の前提として, 人間が生まれて発達してやがて死を迎えるように, 社会的なシステムは人間を要素としていて, 組織論的であり, かつ自己組織化の能力と, 多重的なフラクタル機構をもちながら変化している。そこで, われわれは教育システムについて組織論的に, かつ, それらの関係性にっいて議論した。その結果を要約すると, 1)日本の社会システムの未来像の一面は, 戦後の半世紀の間, 有益性を拡大する機能を強化してきた。しかし, 応答的なシステムとしてみるとき, 学校を含む教育システムは多元的な価値の実現や, 多様な教育能に焦点化される必要があるといえる。 2)いま, 学校を含む教育は機能不全の状況に投げ込まれようとしている。メリットを求める一方で社会との関係において重要な矛盾をも抱え込もうとしている。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to clear up the problems of the study of pedagogy from the point of view of the Japanese social system, referring to the theories of social system and social-culture evolution. On the basis of it we have discussed the way of research. As the premises of the discussion, we can say that human beings naturally have the historical transition, like 'birth-growth-death', and that the social systems which mainly consists of human beings itself is organic, self-organization, and even multi-layered fractal structure. Then we have connected educational systems with organism and described their relationships. The results are summarized as follows: 1) One of the main features in the Japanese social systems is that it has enlarged the function of pursuit of profit for the last half century after the World War II. However, as the reactionary function, it has forced educational systems, including schools, to pursue pluralistic worth and educate various ability. 2) Educational systems, includiong schools, are going to be thrown into a condition of a functional disorder because on the one hand it has pushed on with pursuit of profit and on the other hand it has too much serious contradiction because of the relation with society. | |||||||||
